Evans Hunt created a site takeover for our website for the month of December to track the progress of our CKO (Chief Knitting Officer), Gladys, as she 'live-knits' tweets submitted throughout December using the hashtag #knitgrannyknit.
We wanted to do something fun this holiday season that allowed our users to engage with us and also help a great cause. For every 'Season's Tweeting' we receive, we'll donate $1 to the Children's Cottage Society. We thought it would give people a laugh to see the contrast between such an instantaneous tool like Twitter with the not so instantaneous craft of knitting.
Every day, users will see progress along with some surprises that hopefully show the culture of our agency.
